How long do the tools retain my data?
The maximum amount of time that Google Analytics will retain Google-signals data is 26 months. Hotjar keeps data for a maximum of 365 days. Data from HubSpot will be retained for the duration of our subscription with Hubspot. The data will be permanently deleted 90 days after the cancellation of our subscription with Hubspot. LinkedIn generally deletes closed account information and will de-identify any logs or other backup information within 30 days of account closure. LinkedIn Insight Tag direct identifiers are removed from this data within seven days, and the data is deleted at 180 days.
