Your Role

As Head of Delivery, you will lead Fluves’ customer-facing delivery organization and be part of the Fluves management team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are delivered, installed and commissioned successfully in complex, international and technical environments.

This is a key leadership role in the next phase of Fluves’ growth. You will not only manage day-to-day project execution and support where needed, but also continue to build the delivery capability, structure and operational rhythm.

Delivery projects typically include system design and modelling, installation of electronic equipment on-site, coordination with subcontractors, configuration of our systems, integration with customer IT environments, commissioning, and recurring reporting after go-live. In addition, the team occasionally executes customer-specific engineering projects that complement our products.

The delivery team consists of project managers and technical experts, including data analysts and IT integration specialists. As Head of Delivery, you will create clarity on priorities, strengthen collaboration across the team, and coach people in their professional development. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Product Management and Product Development to ensure that customer commitments are realistic, delivery needs are visible, and product releases are well understood by the delivery team.

You will be accountable for customer satisfaction during delivery and operations, and for ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed scope and budget. You will make sure that completed milestones are translated into timely invoicing triggers.

What you will do

  • Lead, support and coach the delivery team, with attention to both project execution and personal development.
  • Step in as project manager or project sponsor when needed, especially for complex, high-priority or temporarily under-resourced projects.
  • Build clarity, structure and motivation in a team that operates in a complex, international and technical environment.
  • Own and continuously improve delivery processes, especially around planning, resource allocation, project reviews, customer handovers and operational follow-up.
  • Prepare and lead regular delivery review and planning meetings.
  • Ensure a clear handover from Sales to Delivery once a purchase order has been received.
  • Make sure Delivery can support the technical aspects of offers, proposals and customer discussions where needed.
  • Strengthen the information flow between Delivery, Product Management and Product Development, so that project needs are visible and product releases are well understood by the delivery team.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction during delivery and recurring operations.
  • Ensure strong coordination with the remote delivery office in Taiwan.
  • Help Fluves scale its delivery capabilities as the company grows.
  • Contribute actively to the Fluves management team, where strategic decisions are made.

Who you are

  • You have already led small or medium-sized teams and know how to motivate people across different profiles and disciplines.
  • You have successfully led complex B2B, industrial or technology-enabled projects, ideally with project values around or above €1 million.
  • You are familiar with professional project management methods and regulated environments, but you know how to apply them pragmatically in a scale-up environment.
  • You have a strong affinity with technology and understand the challenge of delivering software-enabled products in critical infrastructure projects.
  • You communicate clearly and constructively with customers, internal teams and external partners.
  • You are able to create alignment between commercial promises, technical realities and customer expectations.
  • You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in one or more of Fluves’ business domains (offshore wind, water utilities, industrial plants or critical infrastructure) or a technical background in these or related domains is a plus.
