  • Help ensure that installations, equipment and project documentation meet Fluves’ quality standards.
  • Follow all applicable safety procedures, identify and report hazards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our working methods.
  • Act as Fluves’ operational lead on site and help ensure that Fluves personnel and subcontractors work in accordance with our safety and quality standards.

Who you are

  • You are responsible, reliable and well organized. When you take on a task, others can trust that you will follow it through properly.
  • You can work independently and adapt to unforeseen situations in the field, while knowing when to ask for support or clarification.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, subcontractors and colleagues.
  • You are comfortable working both on-site in industrial environments and in an office or warehouse environment.
  • You have a valid category B driving license and are willing to travel occasionally for customer projects, mainly within Belgium and neighbouring countries.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage.
  • You have a good working knowledge of standard office software, such as Excel, Word and Outlook, and are willing to learn to use specialized software packages.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage but not required.
